Peggy Choi, Founder and CEO of Lynk Global, said: “Diversity to Lynk isn’t really about who you are or where you are from, diversity to Lynk really is about the diversity of thought.” With 51% of our global team being female, Lynk provides a gender-neutral work environment and a community with diverse cultural backgrounds with 20+ nationalities and languages spoken across our eight offices around the world.
Kimberley Cole, Global Head of Sales and Marketing of Lynk Global, explained that Lynk is showing support for the IWD 2020 theme “Each for Equal” with its female leaders focused campaign to recruit more expert women to its network with aims of ensuring more gender-balanced insights. She added, “this continues our commitment to helping our customers access the best knowledge possible in a fast-changing world.”
Lynk is also supporting the Malala Fund by running an incentive program whereby it donates to the charity every time a female expert joins its network. Selecting the Malala Fund came very naturally to Lynk as both organizations operate with the mission of empowering more female talents globally with a belief that education and knowledge are key.
Lynk will also be featuring female leaders from various industries throughout the month as part of its launch of Lynk Elite Expert Women. The technology company is also hosting a self-defense workshop for its team and a panel discussion amongst its other initiatives to celebrate International Women’s Day 2020.
